The mask machine needs regular maintenance to prolong its working life. In the normal use process, it is easy for the mask machine to have automatic wear of mechanical parts. If this problem occurs, immediate measures should be taken, otherwise the mechanical wear will become more serious, and the parts on the mask machine may also rust or greatly wear, resulting in a decline in the running ability of the machine itself.
In the process of mask making, the requirement for the accuracy of the mask machine is actually very high, so the performance of the mechanical operation needs to be kept stable. In case of wear or deformation of the parts on the mask machine, it needs to be repaired as soon as possible, otherwise it is easy to slow down the accuracy and speed of the whole machine. Of course, under the premise of using the mask machine, we need to ensure that every part of the mask machine is complete. After checking the use of the mask machine, let's talk about the production process of the mask machine. Let's take the folding mask machine as an example.
When it comes to the production process of folding mask machine, we can roughly divide it into five steps:
1. We need to hang the automatic head on the folding mask machine, including the device for welding the ear strap. The upper fixing plate needs to be fixed on the workbench, while the middle insert plate needs to be installed longitudinally on the workbench.
2. The bottom surface of the fixing plate needs to be symmetrical, and the fixing needs to be ensured with ultrasonic welding heads, which need to be perpendicular to the middle plug board respectively.
3. The lower position of the ultrasonic welding head needs to correspond to the track with sliding clip, and the sliding clip track needs to be provided with sliding clip in advance, so as to ensure that the middle line of the sliding clip track is just perpendicular to the middle board.
4. In addition, there is a driving seat with a rotary clamp under the middle insert plate, so that the middle line of the rotary clamp driving seat can be ensured to be just perpendicular to the middle insert plate, and the rotary clamp which can move in three directions and rotate on its own axis is symmetrically arranged on the rotary clamp driving seat, thus directly ensuring that the movable position of the rotary clamp is just below the ultrasonic welding head.
5. We weld the ear band on the mask through the device of welding the ear band, so as to realize full-automatic production, which greatly improves the working ability of the production. In this way, the mask produced not only has a more accurate welding position of the ear band, but also saves packaging materials.
In short, before we officially start using the mask machine, we need to check it to ensure that there are no problems in all aspects and then work, so that it will not delay time.
